Terms of sale

Every piece is unique and stock is normally one. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a piece; a piece is reserved when we confirm it to you in writing.

Prices are shown in euro and charged in euro. Figures shown in other currencies are indicative conversions for guidance only.

Payment is arranged directly with us once availability, condition and the final delivery cost are confirmed. We do not process card payments through this site.

Nothing is charged until you have confirmed the full figure, including freight.

If a piece arrives damaged, tell us within seven days of delivery and we will collect it and refund it in full, including outbound freight.

If a piece is materially other than described, our provenance commitment applies without a time limit.

We do not accept returns simply because a piece did not suit the room. Ask us for additional images, measurements or a video before you commit — we would rather spend the time than sell you the wrong thing.

Trade pricing is granted to approved design practices at our discretion and may be withdrawn if an account is misused. It applies to the account holder and is not transferable.

The discount is applied by us, on our systems, at the point of sale. There is nothing for an account holder to claim or enter.
