When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with the pieces you selected and the price we calculated.

When you hold an account: the same, plus your practice name and your saved margin setting.

Your language and region preferences are stored in cookies on your own device so the site remembers them. They are not used to identify you.

To fulfil the enquiry, arrange delivery, and meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to dealers in cultural goods.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as those obligations require. Account records are deleted on request unless a completed sale requires us to retain them.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will answer within thirty days.

Sign-in sessions are held in a signed cookie on your device. Signing out invalidates it.
